<p>Aspettare che la cipolla appassisca:<br />

<p>Pesare la <em>pasta di Gragnano</em> e cuocerla per dieci minuti (uno in meno al tempo previsto):<br />

<li>1 cucchiaio pieno di riso a pomodoro (se il pomodoro è piccolo)</li>
<li>1/2 cucchiaio di olio a pomodoro</li>
<li>1 presa di sale per ogni pomodoro svuotato (dentro e capovolto)</li>
<li>4 prese di sale nell&#8217;&#8221;impasto&#8221; (assaggiare)</li>
<li>7 cucchiai pieni di parmigiano</li>
<li>1 mozzarellina da 250 grammi</li>
<li>1 girata di pepe</li>
<li>1 fogliolina di basilico per ogni pomodoro (da tritare nell&#8217;impastocol minipimer)</li>
